About the role

Help Women AI Builders build trusted, long-term relationships with companies, ecosystem partners, and sponsors.

You will identify suitable partners, make qualified introductions, support approved opportunities, and keep attribution records complete in the designated system. You will receive a clear playbook, approved messaging, a self-service onboarding checklist, and visibility into the status of accepted referrals.

This is a commission-only independent contract pilot with WomenTech Network; there is no base salary or guaranteed earnings. Subject to the signed entity-specific agreement, the approved pilot schedule is:

- 10% of Net Collected Revenue for a net-new sourced partnership accepted before introduction;

- 5% for an assigned partnership where the ambassador provides material assistance;

- 3% for a specifically assigned renewal or reactivation; and

- offer-specific terms for affiliate or member-benefit programs.

Net Collected Revenue excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, pass-through costs, and reimbursable expenses. Commission becomes payable only after the responsible legal entity receives cleared funds and completes its review and refund gate. A signature, invoice, meeting, or introduction alone is not payable. The signed agreement controls eligibility, attribution, payment timing, territory/account rules, tax treatment, disputes, and termination.

You may represent only the named network and legal entity. You may not sign agreements, promise discounts or exclusivity, change commercial terms, or represent another network without written approval.

The process is designed to be light: apply in Tallocate, book an initial call after shortlist approval, complete governed records in their approved systems, then attest to the onboarding checklist in Tallocate. Contract verification, payout approval, access provisioning, and activation remain human-controlled.

Requirements

Demonstrated relationship-building experience in technology, AI, communities, events, sponsorships, or B2B partnerships
Clear written and spoken English; additional regional languages are welcome
Comfort following approved messaging, entity boundaries, and attribution rules
Ability to maintain accurate introductions, notes, and next steps
No undisclosed conflicts involving the same prospect or competing representation
