About the role
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the client project to ensure that all targets and requirements are met and ensure billable projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Determining and defining project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitoring progress and make adjustments as needed
Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement
Tracking project costs in order to meet budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree/Master Degree (IT/related major is preferable)
Have 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager on ERP software implementation
Understanding of business systems, ability to multi-task on diverse requirements, understanding of Software development Lifecycle and techniques, and experience in the development of system documentation or training materials
Experience working directly within a software development team
Passion for building great products and solving customer and business problems.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Excellent analytical skills
