Layer 1, community provenance
Tallocate does not have an open sign-up funnel that bots can flood. Candidates arrive through partner communities, WomenTech Network, AI Builders Network, Coding Girls, DevOps Academy, and others, where they have existing membership history, event participation, and peer relationships. Each profile shows its source community and verification status.
Layer 2, identity
Account-level identity confirmation ensures the person in the process is the person on the profile, with re-verification at offer stage on employer request. Liveness-checked interview integrity is on our roadmap as a bookable service.
Layer 3, skills evidence
Skills claims become skills evidence through structured assessments and coach attestations from our vetted coaching bench. External credentials (for example OpenAI Certifications or LinkedIn verified skills) are displayed with their issuer, we integrate the credential layer rather than replace it.
What we refuse to do
Candidate profiles are never public web pages and never indexed by search engines. We do not sell profile data. Blind-hiring mode is available on every search. Closed jobs say they are closed, no ghost listings.
