J ob Description:

L ook ing to hire Chartered Accountants for various dynamic roles in Data and Analytics p ra c t ice of Technology Consulting service line at EY. We need people who have Great Attitude to Learn, adapt and grow. Highly motivated, result-oriented consultant, c o m fortable in managing complex projects and stakeholders. The candidate should have very good communication skills with strong sense of dedication and commitment, able to fu lly g ras p the complexity of projects.

Responsibilities-

Understand business needs in planning, budgeting, consolidation, etc., and

t ra n sla t e them into automation plans using EPM tools like Anaplan, SAC, SAP Gr oup Reporting, etc.

Wo rk with technical teams to integrate systems and databases, ensuring data

i n t egrity and accuracy across platforms for seamless financial reporting and analysis.

W ell - verse d in financial reporting standards and regulations. Ensure that EPM p rocesses adhere to these standards, enabling accurate and compliant financial

re po rting.

Co lla bo ra t e with technical teams to integrate systems with other financial

sys t ems and databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms, e n abling seamless financial reporting and analysis.

P rovide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making

p rocesses.

Co lla bo ra t e with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) within

E P M systems. Design dashboards and reports to track KPIs and monitor o rganizational performance against strategic objectives.

Oversee t h e financial consolidation process within EPM systems for multi-entity o rganizations. They ensure accurate consolidation of financial data, elimination of

i n t ercompany transactions, and compliance with accounting standards.

P erform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and provide

c o mm en t ary explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets.

Desi gn , build, manage and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for

vari ou s undergoing projects and system implementation.

Requirements and skills-

M u st be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

M u st possess 0-6 months of relevant experience.

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent, and capable of challenging peers

T ea m p layer w ith the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business,

Fi n ance, and FP&A Teams

Strong analytical skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate

c o m p lex issues clearly

Hi gh ly m o t iva t ed and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight

d ea d li n es.

Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.

P roblem solving and root cause identification skills
